You, your friends, the beach, and this amazing lineup? We don’t think there’s a better way to kick off summer.
React Presents created Mamby on the Beach Music Festival for those of you who need a little sun and sand in your weekend. In its third year, Mamby is Chicago’s only beachside summer music festival, located at Oakwood Beach on June 24th and 25th, 2017.
The festival brings together a diverse range of music including indie, electronic, and hip-hop, among other genres. Psychedelic rockers MGMT will headline the Beach Stage on Saturday and alt-pop band Walk the Moon will have you dancing on Sunday.
Mixmag has a curated lineup of electronic artists all weekend long at the Mixmag Tent. Groove to future house producer Tchami on Saturday and techno with Green Velvet on Sunday.

On the shores of Lake Michigan, Oakwood Beach features grassy fields and a sandy beach. Last year’s Mamby on the Beach included art installations, beach-friendly games, yoga, a silent disco, and health and wellness workshops. This year’s is sure to make great use of the gorgeous summer location with similar experiences.
