Jackmaster has made a bold statement to the community with his offer to donate 10% of his New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day show proceeds to the crisis in Aleppo, the second city of Syria and the recent focus of much of the world’s attention as a tragedy unfolds in the region.
This is no hollow offer; Jackmaster will play a stacked schedule of four shows between New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day at various locations: The Liquid Room in Edinburgh, Sub Club in Glasgow, Motion Bristol of West + Wales, and The Warehouse Project in Manchester.
The charities he has cited as potential recipients include Médecins Sans Frontières, UNICEF, British Red Cross and People’s Convoy.
