In this day in age where everything has become digitalized, record labels are still the backbone of the music industry. Many artists who have found success in their own careers have created independently run labels to support and give the emerging talents the tools and exposure.
MMW is the one time of the year where the labels from all over the world come to showcase their new and emerging acts in America. Here’s our roundup of all of this year’s:

Monday, March 20
Rebirth Records – One of the most respected Italian independent label, known to helping discover the talents of Tensnake, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Soul Clap, Jimmy Edgar, and Deetron. If you’re into deep funky bass and disco, this is the party for you. Info
RAM Records – Drum & Bass powerhouse founded by Andy C. Notable. Acts on the label are Chase & Status, René LaVice, Sub Focus, and Wilkinson. If you’re into heavy bass lines and mind bending DnB, look no further. Info
Tuesday, March 21
Interlink Records – Founded by NY-based producer and DJ Michael Vincent, releasing quality techno and tech house since 2016. You’re sure to hear some undiscovered underground tech gems. Info
Mindshake Records – The brainchild and creative outlet of famed Spanish DJ/producer PACO OSUNA. Start off your week with some deep bangin’ techno. Info
Typ3 Records – Miami and San Francisco-based record label founded by Luke Hunter, SpinnZinn, and Franccesco Cardenas. You’re in Miami so make sure to support the local talent too. Info
Wednesday, March 22
Axtone Records – Derived from his own stage name, Axwell launched the label in 2005 as an imprint to release his own material and in recent years has expanded into a label that is actively signing and releasing quality house music from all around the globe. If high energy house and pools are your thing, this is the party to be at. Info
Armada Music – Founded by trance king Armin van Buuren in 2003, the label is home to many super star DJs such as Andrew Rayel, Borgeous, Cedric Gervais, Dash Berlin, Gareth Emery, and more. Trance fans unite! Info
Deeperfect – Italian label, know for its releases with the likes of Andhim, Mark Knight, Umek, Pan- Pot and many more notable acts. Do not miss out on some of the worlds most sought after emerging house acts. Info
Enormous Tunes – Hailing from Switzerland, Enormous Tunes is best known breaking acts like Nora En Pure and Croatia Squad. Get ready for some sexy deep house for this pool party! Info
UNDR THE RADR – Founded in 2014 by veteran house music producer, Roger Sanchez aka S-Man. Classic house vibes. Make sure to put your dance shoes for this one. Info
Potion – Independent record label and club night established in 2014 by The Magician. The Potion never disappoints, we highly recommend if you dig fun and uplifting house tunes. Info
This Ain’t Bristol – German house music label founded to spread the message of Good Vibes House and build an appropriate platform for advanced UK influenced house and tech music. If you’re the type to get experimental and try out different vibes, this is the place to be. Info
Thursday, March 23
Heldeep Records – Founded by Dutch electronic music DJ and producer Oliver Heldens under Spinnin’ Records umbrella. Get ready to shuffle with Oliver by the pool. Info
Buygore – Just as you would assume by the name, this label was founded by Israeli dubstep producer and DJ, Borgore. If you’re into filthy bass and hard hitting trap, this is the party for you. Info
Deadbeats – Dubstep duo Zeds Dead launched this label in 2016 with a genre bending compilation supporting several emerging talent you will not want to miss out on. You’re in for a treat with Jauz going b2b with the duo! Info
Doorn Records – Founded by Sander Van Doorn under Spinnin’ Records, this label has a consistent track record (no pun intended) of releasing absolute bangers ranging from deep to progressive house. Info
Firepower Records vs SMOG Records – Firepower founded by DATSIK and SMOG founded by 12th Planet, these two labels have been on the forefront of discovering the hottest bass and dubstep acts. If bass is your thing, this is the place to be. Info
Octopus Recordings – LA-based label founded by Sian, banging out modern riding Techno. Fist pumping is inevitable. Info
Dirtybird – An innovative San Francisco-based house music label with quirky ideas, bass driven funk and a crew founded by Claude VonStroke. Get ready to shake your booty! Info
Mixmash Records – Label head honcho Laidback Luke has grown this platform from a self releasing outlet to a musical discovery hub over the years. This is a showcase you will not want to miss out on. Info
Protocol Recordings – Founded in 2012 by Nicky Romero, this label continues to develop a roster of heavyweights and rising talent. Heavy electro to sultry progressive, this party will be off the hook! Info
Revealed Recordings – Dutch DJ and producer Hardwell founded this label in 2010 releasing a range of tracks from tech-house to electro. You’re in for a big night with this event. Info
SCI+TEC – Founded by techno veteran, Dubfire, this label has released not only his own works but new and discovered music of emerging and established talent. Get ready for a long night of dark and groovy techno. Info
Yoshitoshi Recordings – Since its conception in 1994 by Grammy-award winning duo Deep Dish, Yoshitoshi Recordings has built itself into a household name by releasing a range of essential and timeless dance records. House music all day long! Info
