They say that when you get “elemental,” you’re getting back to the basics. What are your core components? What matters most to you?
You might find that music is the answer at the bottom of that well. And if that’s the case, get yourself to Elements Music & Art Festival immediately (or, you know, when it starts).
The annual festival is once again being held in New York, at a yet unrevealed secret waterfront location (don’t worry, you’ll know in time to actually go there). The action will be spread across five stages, each representing an element, earth, air, water, fire, and a fifth element (although I’ve been told Bruce Willis will not be making an appearance).
In addition to the music, there are going to be giant art installations, art cars, gourmet food vendors, rides, and slides (is this a carnival?). And there’s more! There’ll also be aerial performers, fire breathers, and acrobats (maybe it’s a circus?).
All that, and we haven’t even gotten to who’s playing! The headliners include Griz, Zeds Dead, Flying Lotus, The Knocks, and Kerri Chandler. The full lineup of performers is below.
