Pearl Street Warehouse will keep things a little more intimate with a capacity of around 300. “You’re never more than 25 feet from musical genius,” the venue claims.
They’ve already announced shows that will use every inch of that space. There first one will kick off on October 12th with Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and arranger Booker T. Jones.
In the future, they plan on bringing in acts from around the country and with genres across the board including rock, country, folk, soul, bluegrass, and rhythm and blues.
Lastly, and one of the most interesting parts of the new venue, is the fact that it’ll open up at 7 AM. That’s not a misprint. It’ll be a diner-style restaurant running from breakfast on. Throughout the day, you can add all-American food and drinks to your all-American live music experience with adult beverages available before, during, and after performances.
If you hit up the new spot, tell us what you think on Twitter! We’d love to hear all about it!
